How to place an order with Garden Seeds UK

Placing your order with Garden Seeds UK is easy. If you have a credit or debit card you can pay securely using Pay Pal. If you prefer you can also pay by cheque or postal order.
Postage and packing is calculated automatically by weight with most orders falling within the lowest price bracket.
Paying with your credit or debit card
We use Pay Pal to handle your credit and debit card transactions. You do not have to open a PayPal Account to use your card online. This is a well respected secure and safe service used by huge numbers of companies around the world. When browsing our seeds lists you will see a button on the right hand side marked 'Add to basket'. Click this button to add the item to your shopping basket. When you have completed your order simply click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button, or 'Continue Shopping' to returned to our website.
When you have finsihed browsing just click the 'View Basket' button at the top of each catalogue page. On the next page just click 'Proceed to Checkout'.
Once you are at the checkout page you have two options. If you have a PayPal account just login with your details. If you want to pay with your credit or debit card, just click the 'Continue' link on the left hand side, just above the credit card symbols.

Ordering by cheque or postal order
Cheque's should be made payable to James Marsden, and sent to Garden Seeds UK, 17 Church Lane, Oxted, Surrey. RH8 9LQ.

We will not pass your details to any third party, and will not contact your for any reason other than in connection with your order without your express permission.
Descriptions
Descriptions & photographs of varieties are shown in good faith, however environmental factors can effect colours or growth characteristics.
Delivery
All stock items are dispatched promptly, normally within 7 working days from receipt of order. Where an item is temporarily out of stock, it may take up to 28 days for your order to be delivered.
Returns
Seed germination by its nature is not an exact science and the environment in which they are grown can create huge variations in germination success. However if you believe that you have followed the growing instructions, and obtain poor germination please contact us for a replacement.
