Popular Chinese bean sprouts which can be eaten raw or used in cooking. Green beans produce long, bulky sprouts. Better tasting than Soya beans. Harvest when approximately 5cm long, which is normally after 3 days. |

One of the original products used for sandwiches and still very popular today. Has a more peppery taste than salad rape. Harvest when seedlings are approximately 5cm high. |
