Terms & Conditions

1. We reserve the right to change any information on this website
2. Payment is by Pay Pal or cheque payable to Peter Jones
3. Orders can be placed by email and post, but will only be processed when payment has cleared
4. Please add 75o for all UK orders to cover Postage & Packing
5. Different postal rates apply for orders from EU countries. Please see here
6. We can not accept orders from outside the EU
7. If a variety of seed becomes unavailable we will either provide a refund or try and replace with a similar variety of at least the same value.
8. In order to prevent delays in posting, please ensure your address is accurate and that we have the correct post code.
9. If you experience poor germination and you have followed the instructions precisely, please advice us in writing within one month of the suggested sowing period.
10. All data is reproduced from our knowledge and that of our suppliers. Any errors are unintentional.
11. Orders are sent a quick as possible but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
