- We reserve the right to change any information on this website.
- Payment is accepted by PayPal, Nochex or cheque payable to James Marsden addressed to 17 Church Lane, Oxted, Surrey. RH8 9LQ. UK.
- Orders can be placed by email and post, but will only be processed when payment has cleared.
- We can not accept orders from outside the EU.
- In order to prevent delays in posting, please ensure your address is accurate and that we have the correct post code.
- If you experience poor germination and you have followed the instructions precisely, please advise us in writing within one month of the suggested sowing period.
- Orders are despatched as quick as possible but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
- Seed counts are estimates.
- Prices and quantities are subject to change at any time.
- In the event that we are unable to fulfill part of an order a partial refund may be issued by cheque or paypal.
- Unless specifically requested otherwise a copy of your invoice will be included with your order.
- Specified seed weights do not include packaging which is included when determining P&P costs. An estimated weight of 40g is used to account for a padded envelope and printed paper included with the order.
